To put to lie skeptics who said he was on exile, former President Goodluck Jonathan temporarily halted his multi-city speaking tour and took some time to return to Nigeria.
The Former President was welcomed by friends and well-wishers at the Port Harcourt International Airport, Rivers state on Wednesday, June 1. He later visited his hometown, Otuoke before honouring a meeting with President Muhammdu Buhari in Abuja.
He is now back in the United Kingdom where he is scheduled to give a number of talks and interviews.
Widely respected globally for his democratic credentials, the former president has become a sought after speaker.
