Wilfried
Bony has joined up with his Manchester City team-mates for the first
time since signing for the Premier League champions.
City
signed Bony from Swansea on January 14, but the striker has only just
returned to England after helping Ivory Coast win the Africa Cup of
Nations.
Although his international team-mate
Yaya Toure trained with City last week, Bony’s first appearance was
delayed until Monday because of an issue with his visa.
With the
problem resolved, Bony joined up with the rest of the team on Monday
before being given a tour of the Etihad campus by Toure and captain
Vincent Kompany.
Bony, who has been named in the Champions League squad, could make his debut for City against Newcastle on Saturday.
