Actor Odunlade Adekola debunks affair with Fathia Balogun

Popular Yoruba movie actor and producer, Odunlade Adekola has strongly debunked rumours making the rounds recently of an alleged affair between him and pretty actress, Fathia Balogun.

In a recent interview with Punch, Odunlade stated that there is no truth whatsoever in the story, describing Fathia as a senior movie practitioner as well as an elder sister of his in the industry.


‘I regard Fathia as a senior colleague because she is older than me. It is junk for anyone to say I am dating Fathia. It is a lie, we are not dating, she is my senior and she is older than me with about four years,’ Odunlade disclosed.

Obviously upset at the allegations that he is dating the former wife of Saidi Balogun, the prolific actor added: ‘It is just rubbish and I don’t acknowledge such. I don’t blame them because it is normal for people to peddle rumours about us but this is based on falsehood.’
