Man pranks girlfriend with newspaper message on Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day is normally a time for romance but one man decided to use it to play a cruel joke on his girlfriend.

The prankster, called Alex, wrote a note in the Launceston Examiner, In Tasmania, which made it seem like he was about to pop the question to his partner Jodie.

It started: ‘I wanted to ask you a very important and timely question. Seeing as it is Valentine’s Day, will you ma…’

The page then had a break, before it continued: ‘…ke dinner tonight or will I?. Because I kind of wanted to finish Breaking Bad.

‘Anyway, let me know. Love Alex.’

Not quite sure Alex’s girlfriend would have liked it though :)
