arraigned before an Osogbo Magistrates’ Court for allegedly raping an
insane woman.
The prosecutor, Isiaka Ajadi, told the court
that the accused committed the offence on November 23, at about 2 a.m.

Counsel to the accused persons, Muslemmiu Nagade, prayed the court to grant bail to her clients in most liberal terms.
The Magistrate, Olusola Aluko, granted the accused bail in the sum of N100, 000 and two sureties each in like sum.
Mr.
Aluko said that the sureties must reside within the court’s
jurisdiction, present evidence of tax payment and two passport
